Product, Price and Descriptions
At CAAMCO Parts each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of the products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions and product images, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website or catalogues at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website and catalogues. All prices are correct at the time of publication or upload to our website. We are unable to process your order until your payment method has been received.
Orders
We are unable to process your order until your payment method has been received. Once you enter into an order agreement with us, you are agreeing to purchase the goods and allow CAAMCO Parts to use the personal details are given to which these will only be used for purposes of completing your order(s), this will include passing your details onto carriers and payment processors.
All personal details are held in accordance with our privacy policy and can be removed from our system by written request. The title of goods ordered shall not pass to you, the customer, until payment has been fully received.
Suitability of goods you are purchasing is your responsibility. We are not liable if the information given is incorrect to your application. If any product supplied is not used for its intended purpose, subjected to abuse or unreasonable usage will void the warranty on the goods.
Payment Conditions
All goods are owned by CAAMCO Parts until a full purchase is made. Purchases can be made with major credit/debit cards, Paypal and Bank transfer in more specific purchases or orders. All prices include the VAT rate (20%).
Goods won't be dispatched until full payment is made. Manufacturing can take up to 28 days meaning out of stock parts may be delayed until restocked.
The price payable for goods you order along with carriage charges is as stated on our website at the time you place your order. We do reserve the right to change the price of goods without notice.
Delivery/Carrier Cost (UK + Overseas Customers)
For deliveries we use the courier APC, meaning delivery times are only estimates. Any delays to delivery are not due to us, therefore we are not due to us, therefore we are not responsible for delays in said deliveries.
Shipping costs are subject to our courier service provider APC and not by our website. Different delivery options may be available for the location and need of each customer. All packages will be packaged securely using boxing and appropriately sized bags. If a previously returned item needs to be resent, the delivery cost must be repaid.
Return
If your order needs to be cancelled. please contact us via email. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch date and time. If the product is refused upon delivery, a refund will be refused due to the cost of re-delivery back to us.
If the order is cancelled before bein dispatched, a full refund is available. If the product is faulty or damagewd a return may be possible but must be sent back in current condition with the original packaging. If further damage has been caused by the buyer, a refund may be unavailable. If items are missing from the order please contact us as soon as possible in order for a solution to be made.
You have the right to return any item ordered, for no reason and without penalty for a refund. This excludes special-order items. if you are returning an item under distance selling, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
